My work with ADHD helps clients understand that their struggles are not about laziness or lack of motivation. They reflect differences in how the brain manages planning, regulation, and task activation.
Through therapy and structured support, clients learn to:
• understand their patterns
• develop practical tools
• build self-compassion
• create systems that support their strengths
The goal is not perfection. It’s building sustainable strategies that help individuals and families function with greater confidence, clarity, and success.
ADHD is not simply about attention. It impacts executive functioning, emotional regulation, motivation, and daily life systems. Many individuals and families benefit from different levels of therapeutic support depending on their needs.
For some clients, weekly therapy provides the structure needed to build skills and insight. Others benefit from additional accountability and daily support to help translate strategies into real-life routines.
To meet these needs, I offer two levels of ADHD therapy and support.
Weekly therapy session
Cost: $250 per week
Includes:
• One 45-minute therapy session per week
This option is ideal for individuals or families seeking weekly therapeutic support, insight, and skill development related to ADHD and executive functioning.
During these sessions we focus on understanding how ADHD affects daily functioning and building strategies that support growth both at home and in school or work settings.
• Understanding the ADHD brain and executive functioning
• Identifying patterns related to procrastination, overwhelm, and task avoidance
• Developing strategies for organization, planning, and follow-through
• Strengthening emotional regulation and stress tolerance
• Addressing self-esteem and internal narratives related to ADHD
• Improving communication within families
• Supporting school or work functioning
Each session is collaborative and practical. Clients leave with specific tools, strategies, and reflections they can begin applying between sessions.
For many individuals, this level of support provides the space to build insight, develop skills, and create sustainable systems over time.
Weekly therapy session + daily accountability
Cost: $600-$800 per week
Includes:
• One 45-minute therapy session per week
• Daily accountability check-in (up to 30 minutes per day)
This option is designed for individuals who benefit from more consistent support, accountability, and structure while building executive functioning skills.
ADHD often makes it difficult to translate strategies discussed in therapy into everyday routines. Daily check-ins provide ongoing guidance and momentum, helping clients implement strategies in real time.
Daily check-ins help support:
• Task initiation – getting started on work or responsibilities
• Planning the day – identifying priorities and manageable goals
• Breaking down overwhelming tasks into smaller steps
• Accountability and follow-through
• Emotional regulation during stressful moments • Problem-solving obstacles that arise throughout the week
• Maintaining routines and structure
These brief check-ins provide consistent reinforcement of executive functioning strategies, helping clients move from intention to action.
Many clients find that this level of support helps them build confidence, momentum, and sustainable habits more quickly.
Executive functioning is like the brain’s management system, helping us plan, prioritize, and regulate our actions. For individuals with ADHD, these skills can feel like a bottleneck, making it harder to manage time, stay focused, or juggle responsibilities.
Common struggles, such as procrastination, forgetfulness, and feeling overwhelmed, can be addressed with practical tools. Breaking tasks into smaller steps, using visual reminders, and creating ADHD-friendly routines can make a significant difference.
ADHD coaching focuses on building systems that work with your brain’s unique wiring. From personalized time management techniques to organizational strategies, coaching helps create actionable solutions for personal and professional growth.
Whether you’re navigating the demands of school, work, or daily life, ADHD coaching provides the support and tools needed to strengthen executive functioning skills and achieve your goals.
